This guy is a legend. A-grade service, VERY decent pricing, and had my shoes all fixed up in no time. Honestly we wandered around MacArthur Centre for 45 mins and he had re-soled and re-heeled them, buffed and polished. Best I’ve ever had. Definitely going back.

Nice guy, did a good job replacing heel tips. Tips last longer than most other places I've tried in the city.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I took my RMs to be resoled by the guys and have been back 3 times since. They are understanding and I appreciate that they keep doing it for free. But to be honest, I just want to pay the money and have it done right the first time. ALSO! they are more expensive than RM Williams!

Dropped what he was doing to fix a detached heel. Free of charge no less! Good, honest service and job well done!

Really friendly staff and I feel bad writing this, but I am unimpressed with the quality of the work they do. They have now had an item of mine for 15 weeks and counting, and the work done on it is not neat at all. I want to support my local, but they need to up the quality of their work.
