Beautiful engraving for really cheap price. Was looking around Brisbane for engravers and kept finding places that had terrible reviews. I was nervous coming here as there was many engraving related reviews but I'm so glad I did. $28 for something I was quoted $110 at other places!!! Thanks so much. They also have some great and interesting gift ideas too.
5 years ago I had partial amputation to both feet and was not able to wear shoes for 45 months whilst my wounds were healing. In early 2022 I took a pair of Dr Comfort shoes to Footwear Fixes to have them do some orthopedic work for me. Shane was a miracle worker and did all the work required for me to wear a normal pair of shoes that catered for me only having half a right foot. Not many would understand how beautiful it is to be able to go out with a great pair of shoes on after nearly 4 years. I have in recent weeks taken a second pair of shoes for alterations and once again Shane was totally professional in every way and I totally recommend the work.
Finally got around to giving my beloved boots some TLC. After spotting footwear fixers some years ago at my local shopping centre I decided to take them in and see what could be done. I was always hesitant in entrusting someone with my boots but I can say that the quality of work and craftsmanship is outstanding. To say I was speechless is an understatement after picking them up today. The boots look better than they did brand new! Thank you footwear fixers for bringing my boots back to life!
My new go-to for heel repairs! Highly recommend Shane if you’re looking for someone who’s experienced with designer heels he even has red soles in two shades! and has the highest attention to detail. He also does shoe restoration and the before and afters I’ve seen look great so I’m excited to pull out old heels with sentimental value and see what can be done with them!
Shane is extremely thorough with his work, and has advanced skills in all aspects of shoemaking, including a variety of adjustments to facilitate a better fit. He always does his best to offer a great service and solve any shoe-related issues. As someone who has experienced difficulty with my feet and shoes, I’ve been really grateful for his help over the years. I highly recommend Footwear Fixers in Toowong.
I took my favourite pair of RM Williams to Footwear Fixers and they did a superb job on them. Great service and fast too. Would highly recommend. You won't find better quality anywhere.
Outstanding exceptional service by the owner Shane to support me to program my Merlin tilt door opener. I was having extreme difficulties to activate the new opener. He gave me great verbal instruction also Shane volunteered to give me his mobile number if I had issues. Yes I did but talked me through the process over the phone. Hallueyah by george I did it. Brilliant thank you so much!
Shane is friendly, fair, and does excellent work. I was in Brisbane in 2014 and he resoled a pair of leather shoes for me. Was back in 2018 and he did two pairs. Then again in 2022. I swear I'd just about fly across the Pacific to get my shoes fixed here!
I was referred to Shane to fix my boots and shoes as i need specialised soles following a leg injury. The job he has done on them is incredible. He is very professional and super helpful, and i highly recommend him.
