We have used Sandra’s expertise for many years. Recommended to use her services after having been refused overseas coverage by many company’s including Southern Cross who we have been with many years. Heart surgery being the stumbling block. Have only needed their services twice while overseas and was fully covered. Gashed my head the night before flying to London Cleared to travel but was asked to have CT which was covered. Sandra Grant & her team are a One Stop Shop for all your Medical Travel Insurance. Had a medical event Jan 2019 but was unable to arrange cover with Southern Cross as I not had 1 year stand down, so Sandra stepped in & arranged cover for us & the extra cover with Bupa covering my previous medical event at an extra cost. The extra cost was not expensive but well worth the peace of mind. Well done & thank you.
The prompt and effective service provided by Sandra Grant makes the chore of arranging medical and travel insurance so much better than the previous national company I dealt with. I recommend her to travellers as a representative quality provider.
Tried to get insurance on line to travel overseas Dec2016. Couldn't get past the proformas as I had been treated for Myeloma that year. H&T were brilliant. Arranged it easily although I think it took some work. There was a small increase in premium and small additional excess in the event of a claim. I have told everyone I know about them. Bryce
