The service was great until time came for the repair and then the problems started. I was given a repair time of three and half weeks and when I rang to find out the status of my vehicle, it was to be delayed a further 3 days. So I was without a vehicle for a month. The customer service rep blamed Wade Collision Repairs (Hamilton) for the delay. If your about join AA Insurance think seriously about their servicing of your vehicle because if they can't fix a vehicle in a month there is competency issue. Beware.

Good service & a lot if helpful resources here, but extreme wait times, with a counter closed even when there are several people in line.
