Due to her ill health, I recently had to move my 93 year old Mother into a Nursing home which meant having to carry out the difficult task of selling her home of 60+ years.  Mum had kept Richard Stacey's telephone number in her purse so when it came time to list the property she insisted that he was the person I should contact.   Richard was extremely professional and caring at a difficult time for me and true to Hayden's word, Mum's house was sold within 3 days of it being put on the market for a price that I was happy to accept.  I would have no hesitation in using Hayden Real Estate again should I ever be in the position of wanting to either buy or sell a property.

Our experience with Hayden Real Estate, especially Nichole, has been exceptional. Through our process to finding an investment property, Nichole went over and beyond for us to find exactly what we were looking for. We cannot speak more highly of our experience with Nichole as she was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed her, she was kind and a constant professional. She has a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Nichole and Hayden Real Estate. jumped on your website today..got a lady in chat on there to ask questions...thought this would be great so I didn't have to ring the agent for my one question. All I asked was how much the % commission price was for selling my house in Mount Doran. Simple enough. She didn't read my question, then asked me if I was thinking of selling my house and that she would get a real estate agent to contact me. Would be nice to find a real estate who is straight up , everything above board and all info available on the website without useless chat conversations on your site that are a waste of my time. Why is there a chat option on the web site if all she/he is going to do is get a real estate agent to contact me.!

I am writing this review not because I have bought or sold a house through this agent but because of something I witnessed one of their staff doing. A place across the street from me is being sold by Haydens Real Estate in Ballarat. On this day a real estate agent arrived and parked his car out the front of the residence. A bin which had just been emptied was lying on the ground, away from the entrance of the property. This person (whom I have enquired to be Richard Stacey) picks up the bin and takes it into the property and puts it away. Now this may be a very small thing but its something that you don't see too many people doing in this day and age. It impressed me enough to write this review. 5 stars for the small details!!
