I can honestly say that Josh from Caine property is a great asset to the company, he is very informative and no question is too small, big or dumb. Especially for first home buyers.  Thank you for helping us try and find our home/ land and not giving up on us. I highly recommend Caine property.

I found Caine Real Estate to be outstanding in all areas. The salesman guided us in all aspects in preparing the property for sale. This lead to our home being sold within a week and they surpassed our reserve price. They had a huge number of inspections through in which we were very happy with. He was in constant contact with us informing us of everything that was going on. They sold our house without placing an ad in the local property guide as well. I would highly recommend anyone to sell, buy or rent through Caine Real Estate Ballarat. Thanks so much for your outstanding result you have done for us.

The service which Caine Real Estate provide to their customer is really excellent. I really think that if I haven't met with them before who will be completing my work which the other company have promised me that they will do the complete work but unfortunately they really made me think that no one can do my work, but at last I really found Caine Real Estate.....

That other comment is absolutely correct, this is the worst agency we have ever used as a landlord.
From the owner herself of the business not even having the respect to her clients to call or email them back after countless efforts. They have no idea what' Customer Service' is, and the attempts made with dealing with bad tenants leaves much to be desired. The girl dealing with our house didn't even seem to know what she was doing.  They are with out doubt the worst agency is Ballarat.
