It’s rare I find an authentic, delicious hawker restaurant on the east coast of Australia but hot damn, this is one of them. Over the time they have opened I have tried almost everything on the menu and to this day still remains one of my favourite places to visit while in Melbourne working. Try their Teh Tarik and Nasi Lemak!
Their laksa is okay. Not amazing but not bad. The level of service can vary depending on how busy they are. Have seen and experienced where they have misplaced or plain forgot orders for over half an hour.
Dropped in for lunch and had a delicious variation of char kway teoh, which includes prawns, chinese sausage and tofu. Very, very busy - get here as close to noon as possible to beat the queue.
