This place has to be somehow dodging tax. There's no way coffee can be that cheap without being dodgy. Pretty sure I heard the manager yelling from the back room at one point. Great place to have a drink before the game at Marvel Stadium. Outdoor area has plenty of seats for lunchtime during the week.

In difficult times, when customers were first permitted to sit inside for meals, after the restrictions from March to May were lifted, I visited with a friend to quietly celebrate my birthday. The service, quality of food and reasonable prices were first class. Despite the shortage of customers, the staff demonstrated excellent kindness and consideration to help make my birthday celebration enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend The Harbour Cafe. They do the bare minimum. Fried food. Fries. Beer. Coffee. Ok if you are in a hurry.

I stopped in for a drink for before the game. Beer was cheap and service was quick especially with the football crowd.

Don't know who gave this place a 5 star , probably the owner / manager . Waited for nearly half an hour for 2 schnitzel foccacias and a coffee, God knows how many time they had been microwaved as the lettuce & tomatoes looks like it had been left outside, the chicken was lukewarm and the place was filthy , we had to clean a table ourselves just to sit . Never again , hope I don't get sick from it
