I came across this place whilst I was a passenger driving through Hawera and it looked good, and in an awesome spot.nnIt was clean, the host was so lovely and I got a lot for what I paid for the room including a bowl for noodles, a toastie maker and an electric fry pan along with all the other usual things.nnIt was quiet, private and I felt safe as a lone traveller. Loved the heat pump and the spacious area that perfectly balanced my work area with some relaxing comfort.nnRight across the road from a supermarket and just around the corner from takeaway shops, I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely staff, very clean, great location but if you are a light sleeper this motel is tough going. There’s a pump or something that runs intermittently throughout the night. Usual other guest noise with people stomping up the stairs outside and traffic going past but the pump was unhelpful.

This gem surprised me.  I wasn't expecting much but it was a lovely stay, Room was big and clean.  Bathroom was nice and big with massive bath.  Overall, very good experience.

Very comfortable, clean and well stocked for guest needs. Supermarket across the road if you don't want to go out. Highly recommended.

Right in Hawera township.. close to shops, supermarket, water tower.. well appointed rooms.. little surprises in the rooms.. stay here if you are around
