I would like to give these guys my absolute thumbs up . My son passed in Bali trying to save his girlfriend from drowning so he jumped in after her and at that very moment our world turned upside down . Changed forever . So you can imagine being somewhere in a foreign country and all you want to do is bring them home . But at that time they couldnt find his body so heartbreaking . When it was time to bring him home we rang home to NZ to find a funeral director who will receive him and check him make sure everything was ok . The prices were way out of our reach . They priced us up to $10 - 15000$ . We had a Give a little page and that had already paid for other related funeral costs . My son in-law kepa never gave up and made a call on the run ( time wasn't on our side ) . It had to be god sent . He rang Haven Falls omg thank you Lord and thank you Haven Falls . Without hesitation they offered to take it on for love . For love imagine that nobody does that , but they did . We are still on the mend and still broken but they made our lives a whole lot easier .They were so professional , outstanding in everything they did . I'm so sorry it took this long to post this . But from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my whanau April,kepa,Dad,MinnieCajun,Rita,Cruz,Ginamarie,TheGraceWhanau,Harim,Sara The River thank you . We are ever so grateful .

It is with so much love and thankfulness that I want to write this post. My beautiful wife died tragically on the 23rd April. Alan, Billy and the team have been like angels sent to me at this terrible time. They have all gone so far beyond what is expected to help me and my family. My heart has truly been touched by their kindness. Thank You. I would totally recommend their service to anyone. Brett Kirkwood

Dealing with Allen and Michelle makes everything so easy and run so smoothly. The Funeral home itself gives you that comfortable and relax atmosphere to deal your our Family grieving our beloved Family Member..Allen and Michelle and their Team are very PROFESSIONAL . Compare to our Fathers funeral with Morrison,HAVEN FALLS is by far the best. Allen,you are very understanding of our custom of how to arrange a funeral. Your attention to details is super. I have no HESITATION of recommending your Funeral Home to anyone. From flower arrangements to your services. THANK YOU
