The quality just... wasn't good  struggled to find the place, then waited quite a while after my appointment start time before it began. Had a full leg wax hurt more than it should, spots were missed, wax ended up on my dress, and an OPI manicure low quality, only one hand received cuticle care, acetone kept being spilt everywhere multiple times. Not very impressed sorry   Pic attached is of nails 7 days after manicure.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also extremely talented and focused on my nails. I had asked for a nail design saying "Happier Than Ever" because of the Billie Eilish concert I was going too that night and the writing was so neat and tidy. The price was also so great for the acrylics with the extra design. It was so good and I loved it.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I went here today by chance as I really needed to get my nails done and I got it in a beautiful cornflour blue colour. The ladies at the nail salon were so lovely and they all gave excellent customer service they have so much respect for the customers which is so lovely. I would definitely be coming back or should I say running back sometime soon as they also do lashes too. I’m sending so much positive vibes to the business. The front desk person was really nice. Overall the place is clean and tidy. Some technicians are good and nice. Some of them gave me vibe that they were making fun of me in another language? I can't tell. There was a communication issue with the tech and maybe she didn't understand what I said. The SNS on my hands looks nice. Had nails done here twice - clearly states on their website "Enjoy a coffee or an alcoholic beverage of your choice" - both times I was never offered a drink. Also don't get the younger girl who seems to be learning on the job - the other girls often have to take over as she doesn't do the best job. She needs more confidence and training so the customer gets great nails each time. The other girls do great. But not getting offered the beverage is a bit of a bummer. It's fine - but don't put it on your website if you don't follow it through. Oh and my shellac chipped on the second week but I barely touched anything so their process needs improving.

Went here in hope to find a new regular nail salon. Got some old acrylic nails taken of and it was the most painful experience iv had 3 days latter it still hurts any touch to my nails is excruciating not only the pain caused by the amount of my natural nail removed to the point I am bleeding under my nail but a normal 30min process took over an hour. I dont believe all there services would be bad just my personal experience with this certain one.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I don’t typically share reviews, but wanted to based on the unique experience I had at Haus & Co. I’d come here a few months ago, and then revisited this week for a pedicure. The nail technician who did my pedicure did a good job, total expectations met, and was attentive. I would happily return here based on the experience with this nail technician. However, when I went to pay, the employee processing my purchase entered the amount on the eftpos terminal, I tapped my card, the money was paid - and then she quickly told me not to leave as I was owing an additional $10 more because what I paid “wasn’t the right price”. When I showed her and the other employee at the counter that the price I’d just paid which was the price manually entered BY the employee into the eftpos terminal was the price reflected on their website, I was told that I was reading prices off a website they no longer used. I was asked to repeatedly show her the website on my phone, scroll up and down to show them it was a live, active website, and then was made to feel like I’d done wrong by them, for not booking through the “real” website and paying the newly increased price. I left the salon feeling like I’d done something wrong, and feeling awkward, only for booking through the website that appeared when I had google searched Haus & Co – the same website I’d used to book my previous visit here. As of writing this review, the “incorrect” website I booked through is still currently live, and depicting the “old” price of the pedicure that I paid. End of the day, I’m happy to pay the price of the service provided; but the way the whole situation was handled left me feeling so uncomfortable from a customer service, and unwilling to return to a salon that otherwise would’ve been a regular spot for me.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
