So happy to have stumbled across this Gem! The staff are so skilled, professional and kind, and its definitely the most pain-free Brazilian wax I have ever had! Everything about Zip Zap is of exceptional standard and I always feel so well looked after and taken care of. I could not recommend this highly enough, and certainly wont be going anywhere else for waxing from now on!! Perfect location tucked away on little collins st too! Thanks and see you again in a few weeks x

Best place in Melbourne hands down! I felt so comfortable with i think Nikki. She made what i consider painful and scary so care free. She gave me great advise for next time and was so lovely and kind to me. The process was quick but very efficient and her attention to detail was impeccable. Thank you so so much!

My first Brazilian Wax in a while after having a awful experience elsewhere and then becoming a serial shaver! The service here was brilliant and the result was fantastic. My therapist was so lovely and so very skilled, the wax really didn’t hurt she did such a brilliant job I was shocked at how pain free it was. I highly recommend the team and at Zip Zip Wax.

Zip zap wax is the best wax I have ever had. Great convenient location great price and best of all the best service at a waxing salon I have ever received. All the ladies that work there are so friendly and professional and I have never left there unsatisfied! The rooms are clean and tidy and the atmosphere is also great. A great range of appointments so you can always find a time to suit no matter what you are doing. I rate 12/10 and will always go back!!

I did my first XXX wax here 2 years ago and since then I have been going here! I didn't know what to expect on my first visit but Nikki was amazing and I felt so comfortable! All the staff here are amazing and friendly! It is in the city so it is very convenient and they are also very accommodating in terms of appointments! I would never think of going to any other place than this for my waxing! If you need a wax, I highly recommend Zip Zap Wax!
