I do not recommend using this app, it has an extremely unreliable booking system with inconsistent, unprofessional makeup artists. The first time I booked the services of FLAYR I had approved a quote and had an artist booked in for my event. I received a confirmation SMS and email, the booking fee was debited from my account. I hadn’t heard from the makeup artist so I thought I would send her a message, unfortunately she confirmed that FLAYR had made an error double booking her and she could not attend to perform my request. I was then on left without a makeup artist, FLAYR not being able to send a replacement as well as the booking fee already being taken. (The service I received via the online facebook chat was very disappointing). To top this off the makeup artist begged me not to contact FLAYR and to send my feedback directly to her, understandable as they didn't seem to be too supportive with my situation as the customer. Recently, again, I thought I would give FLAYR another go, hoping that the first time was just bad luck, the artist was lovely, although the finished product was not what you would expect from a professional.. I would recommend that you do not use this service as you really don’t know what you’re going to get… Mac, Napoleon and other services are much, much more reliable and the finished product is consistent.

I was a bit scared when i book my stylist through flayr because i didnt know how will it turn out. Luckily i received the very best hair and makeup stylist. Mary is the best artist i have ever met. She is very kind and friendly as well as professional in her work. I wish you more power and luck on your career.

Definitely recommend flayr stylist they done amazing work for me and my mum make-up last all night everyone didnt know it was us thankyou.

As a first time user of this service, I found Flavr to be completely helpful from beginning to end. The stylist was very professional and did exactly what I requested. She was warm and friendly providing me with a look within the designated time frame. I can’t recommemd this service highly enough. It meant that I didn’t have to run from makeup to hair salon in a short period and pay double compared to thei service I received. Thanks again to Mary and the team at Flavr!!
