Harvey Norman Melbourne City

We dealt with Robert and Ian in electronic appliances section to get fridge and TV. They are both legends. Excellent customer service and product knowledge and from get go they were so helpful and friendly. So glad we chose Harvey Norman city over the other competitors! They made it so seamlessly easy from purchase to delivery.

I bought batteries from here they were at a good, discounted price. The counter service was good, if a little slow, which is why it loses one star. YMMV, of course.

Excellent problem solving staff if they don’t have ask where...? Pay for it the click and collect.... Sorted , great guys 2 days out of Xmas thanks so much great customer service from big retailer finally and wasn’t treated as just a numbe, the 2 guys couldn’t have been better in the Melbourne City store, very well done

Pretty great prices at this harvey norman and they do delivery and installation of their washers and dryers here.

I'm a big hater of Harvey - he needs to retire and move on. But this HN is actually very good. Unlike other branches they don't try to push you into unnecessary purchases. Ian and his team in electronics & AV are just fantastic and always helpful.

Surprisingly large store separated into discrete sections. Pleasant atmosphere and a good range. Staff has always been helpful and even occasionally can offer extra deals.

Not all franchises are the same. After having a terrible experience at Harvey Norman Maribyrnong over a price match over a smaller item. I went into Harvey Norman Melbourne store and received excellent service.

Staff are very helpful, I bought a product to days later I decided to change my mind and upgrade to another product. Return without a hassle. Harvey Norman should actually be known as the Good Guys and the Good Guys to be known as the Bad Guys.
