Wait times are ridiculously long, poor customer service. Workers standing around in other areas of the departments doing nothing while we stand here and wait for service! I feel deeply disappointed and heartbroken. I trusted Harvey Norman enough to buy a scooter from you — not just once, but twice. My first scooter was stolen about a month ago, and just two weeks later, I bought a new one from your store. I’ve only used this second scooter for two weeks, and now the tire is leaking.nnI’m devastated and was hoping Harvey Norman could help in some way. But instead, I was told to go find a tire repair shop elsewhere. No support, no responsibility — just pushed away. Is this really the kind of product quality you provide? Something that breaks after just two weeks of use?nnI’m heartbroken that my first scooter was stolen, and now Harvey Norman has added to my sense of loss. I feel like this is just too much for me to handle. Yes, I could buy another one, but I’m discouraged and unsure now. If I buy a new scooter here again, and it breaks in two weeks like the last one, how many more will I need to buy?nnI’ve only made one Apple Pay installment so far, and already it has problems. I’m extremely upset.
Bought a laptop today and spoke with Riley. I already had one in mind but he took time to check if the Laptop had everything I needed for what I was intending to use it for. He did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need and was honest with me. Great customer experience!
The. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Save yourself the frustration of being repeatedly !!! palmed off, muttered at and neglected mid-service by shopping online. It took me 7 attempts to finally find someone who spoke to me in full sentences and helped me to find a service repair. Infuriating!
