Customer service at Alice Springs Target is super warm and friendly. Definitely stands out and compares a lot better then other regional target locations. Good range of clothes items aswell
In my view Target has gone downhill in recent times, it has a much reduced range of merchandise and seems to be concentrating mostly on woman's clothing.nIn my opinion it will be closed within 12 months.
I couldn't be more thankful to Larissa who went above and beyond to help me purchase & ship a product to Melbourne for my daughter's birthday. She was patient, professional, helpful, terrifically friendly and went to tremendous lengths to help me out over the course of week while I struggled to get my act together. She is emblematic of the kind of customer service that doesn't exist anymore and I hope the store manager is reading this but she deserves a raise!
Today rang Target Alice Springs as they were the only store to have a product I was after. I spoke to Larissa. I did not expect for one second the service she offered. She organised for me to purchase my products and post them for me. It was all very simple. I had contacted target head office for a similar request recently which ended in nothing being possible. Worth ringing the store and getting that personal service. Thanks Larissa you made my day by your good service.
I've been a loyal customer of Target Alice Springs for the past 8 years and I wanted to share my experience with the customer service team, especially Jackie. She is an invaluable asset to the store, always providing a warm and welcoming environment that makes customers feel safe and comfortable. I have witnessed her exceptional work over the last 8 years and can't express enough gratitude for the kindness and attention she has shown me and other shoppers . I'm also aware that there are other team members who deserve recognition, and I will make sure to gather their names. Overall, I highly recommend this Target Alice springs , thanks to their wonderful staff!
