Been 3 weeks since ordering and we are still waiting for our TV to arrive now we are just hoping it gets here before we go away after Xmas because after ringing the store today and being told oh they forgot to put it on the truck so “hopefully” next week …. So what have we been waiting and ringing for the last 3 weeks for ? I’ll wait till it’s on the truck next week and ask for a refund. Should state delivery times may vary GREATLY !
The unethical business practice is undeniable through their aggressive tactics throughout this Store. The A.C.C.C. was astounded by my experience.
A genuinely pleasant experience with the knowledgeable and friendly team at Betta. Walked in at 10am and had a fridge and washing machine installed at our home by 1pm. Highly recommend!
