We've had the best experience every time we visit this store we talk with knowledgeable staff and get what we are looking for all sorted. The gentleman in the tool section - I missed his name but you can't miss that beard is so memorable, incredibly friendly and he knows his stuff I never trust anyone but my own father with building this now I also trust him!
Extremely disappointed with the service at Bunnings Palmerston. The guys responsible for unloading the trucks seem to have no concept of customer service. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve left drivers waiting for what feels like an eternity. It’s unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Management needs to address this issue promptly if they want to maintain any semblance of professionalism.

Got served in the paint section tonight by the rudest young male worker with long brown hair in a pony tail. Didn't get the chance to grab his name whilst being served by him. He was not in the slightest bit helpful at all with making sure i got the right paint for what i was needing to do. He sighed when i asked him to mix a tin of paint for me. Once the paint was mixed he slapped the sticker on the lid and slammed the tin down on the bench in front of me almost to signal that it was done and i could leave now. I smiled and said thankyou and he didnt say a single word to me nor look up at me. No acknowledgement whatsoever, then turned around pulled out his phone and walked off down the aisle. I will say however, Dominic who served us at the checkout was more than lovely and at least made an effort to ask how our day had been and wish us a good night. The young blonde lady on the front door was also extremely polite and pleasant.nIf you don't want to serve customers then don't take on the shift.
I had the best customer service in my whole 72 yrs of my life from Maggie at Bunnings Palmerston.nMaggie was so professional calm,collective and 100% committed .nWhat a wonderful employee of Bunnings.nWell done you are the best MaggienThank you.
