Staff were really friendly and helpful. However, one check out open with a long line of people with loaded trolleys is not what I call good customer service.. self checkouts also closed. Very disappointing.
I like this place, however I was getting a click and collect and we were waiting to get served, so that we could get out and on with our day, there was 7 people behind the counter yapping and not even acknowledgung us. I get it, its a cream job and relaxed but at least do the bare minimum. Dont ruin a good brand with complacency. Be better
Big, spacious, nice garden area, covered carpark underneath. Didn't give it a 5 because they always seem to have stock up high and when it runs out on the shelves it can take them weeks to lift it down. Even if you ask there's always an excuse why they can't get it down. At best disorganised, otherwise lazy.
I used to enjoy a Bunnings trip, but now it just gives me anxiety. There are so many staff working here, but there is never enough registers open and always a line up! Where have the friendly and helpful staff gone? Most staff seem clueless and are just decorations due to the fact that every time I have been there lately there is always just boxes strewn throughout the isles and the shelves are just a mess with not much stock. Be better Bunnings. Rant over!
Really disappointing experience.nnI ordered an item from Bunnings through Uber Eats and received the wrong product because the store picked the incorrect item. Uber Eats advised me to go into the store to either exchange it or get a refund.nnWhen I arrived, the staff were quite dismissive. I explained that I had also paid a delivery fee and asked if they could refund that as well, considering the mistake was made by the store. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to sort it out with Uber Eats.nnTo make matters worse, I asked if I could simply swap it for the correct item, but they couldn't find it despite their own system showing it was in stock. In the end, I only received a refund for the item itself and then had to spend more time chasing Uber Eats for the delivery fee, even though they weren't the ones who picked the wrong product.nnThe whole process wasted my time and could have been avoided if the order had been picked correctly in the first place. Mistakes happen, but taking responsibility and helping the customer fix the problem goes a long way. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. What a shame!
