How disappointing. Was a sham of a place. We have been loyal customers of Harvey Norman Eli Waters since they opened and have been treated so poorly by this store. Make sure you ask as many questions you can think of before making any purchases here - ask about their refund and cancellation policy as they will not verbally disclose them unless asked at the time of your purchase. They say there are signs up that you should have noticed. They are happy to talk an elderly lady into a purchase for an hour and a half but during that time that will not mention to you that if you change your mind overnight it will cost you 20% of the purchase price. If you ask them to reconsider based on compassionate grounds because the elderly lady who was talked into a purchase is still grieving from the loss of her husband of 60 years, has limited funds and was not in her right mind of thinking - expect the owner to say bad luck - "it is policy" - there is no compassion. The owner of this store has acted in such poor character. Shame on you! I hope your own Mother never gets treated in this manner. This particular HN franchise is just a money grabber with no compassion. There are many more places to purchase items from in the Bay and we would recommend anyone in the market for new furniture to look anywhere but here.

Very Disappointed!!!
We have been Loyal customer with Harvey Norman Eli Waters 
We have spent over $25,000 this year we could of went online but we like to support Local Buisnesses last Thursday we purchased a fridge the best price as you always ask even no the fridge had only been out for 4 weeks so we bought it $4825  due to salesman said he can’t move much on price to be delivered . A week later then  Now if you buy a fridge  you get a waeco cooler thrown in ?? So decided to ring them and ask well our fridge doesn’t get delivered till 21 st Dec can we have the esky. Reply from store NO .... well we are buying all new furniture after Xmas Now we are shopping else where .

Darryl and Vicki in the tech department are such an awesome team! Best customer service I have ever experienced in the store in the 10+ years my family and I have shopped there. They went above and beyond to help me sort out my PC issues. Thanks guys!

I believe in giving credit where credit is due. The girl at the photo counter today went far and beyond normal Customer Service. She was happy, polite and patient with me - I needed help with printing a photo from my phone. Thanks very much, she made it painless.
