Very, very happy with my experience with Andersens. I needed to replace the newly closed in patio stencilcrete floor with vinyl planking because I could no longer hose the stencilcrete to keep it clean.  From my initial enquiry through to the finished project the various team members were professional  yet friendly and very efficient. Grinding back the stencilcrete was a messy business but the team did a great job containing the dust and they did an excellent clean up. Very happy with the finished product and Andersens quickly arranged for follow up service for a minor adjustment. All on site team members  were very courteous, friendly and punctual. Andersens also offer a discount for seniors. Before and after photos.

Tim was great. He came out on time to do a flooring quote for multiple rooms. Spent quality time with us going through various options. The quote was received very quickly. Looking forward to the installation in December.

The girl behind the counter with grey hair was the rudest most unhelpful “customer service “ person I have ever encountered. Everything we asked about was answered with No we can’t ..No we don’t ..No can’t help you we have a huge government project on. What? We don’t want to be told we aren’t big enough or important enough! We are the customer. To add insult to injury she then told us if 3 competitors to go to. I feel for the poor owners of the business who have no idea what their “staff” are saying and the way customers are being treated. The icing on the cake was when I asked could they recommend a good tiler seeing as they sell tiles and don’t lay them. The response was “try the yellow pages” ..really ? I want a referral..someone reputable..they deal with tiles every day . just a rude miserable person who clearly should be out the back well away from customers. Word spreads quickly and I have told as many people as I can. I will also be letting the owners know. BUYER BEWARE

The subbies did a great job. Andersens, not so much. Look around, I did afterwards and there are a lot more competitive prices out there

I would like to thank the staff at Andersens Hervey Bay.  Everyone was very helpful when I ordered and had laid my beautiful new carpet and vinyl.  I am very happy with both the carpet and vinyl also.  I recommend both the products and service to all that admire my new flooring and I get told how lovely it all looks all the time.  Thanks again. I REALLY shouldn't complain. 1. I chose my floor covering was told I would have to have  second choice if they didn't have it. They had a over a weeks notice . 2. I was given an installation date, I rang the day before to confirm, yes, be there at agreed time. 3. That day came, yes I  thought all tradesmen are late,  waited 4 hours rang again,  said that he got CONFUSED. Now I have wait until the next day and spend another  $80 to have my new fridge delivered at a new time. Thanks for wasting my time.  You could of rang me if you overbooked your tradesmen!!! But at least the tradesman done a fantastic job, looks GREAT. Thanks.

Carpet layers didn't clean up after job some carpet left in other room that has no carpet bits fluff off cuts left around job drive even vacuum up afterwards. Office staff 100% and extremely helpful
