My car was repaired here 3 years ago after a side impact accident and it has been a comedy of errors. Firstly, the quoted 2 week job turned into 6 weeks. Upon receiving the car back, the central locking in the replacement door didn't work, the boot would open if you went over a speed bump and the rear window wiper/sprayer didn't work. It went back 2 times to rectify these issues, and both times they weren't resolved. Each time I called in regards to the issues I was met with a rude, offhanded attitude, sexist comments inferring that being a female meant I have no knowledge of cars, and comments such as "well it's an older car". The car, and these particular items, functioned perfectly fine before the accident, so I don't understand how it being an older car renders these simple things 'unfixable'. I eventually cut my loses, took it to a different repairer and paid out of my own pocket to have the problems resolved IN ONE DAY. The rear window wiper literally just needed to be tightened, but in the interim the way it was placed back on meant the motor was turning but the wiper wasn't. It wore all the teeth off the mechanism, so I had to find replacement parts at my own cost. The electric window in the replacement door recently broke, with a loud snapping sound. Upon inspection we discovered that the internals of the electric window mechanism were HELD TOGETHER WITH CABLE TIES. Quality parts they're sourcing there... The bootlid bracket has now snapped at the weld point on the side that had the side impact, where the guard was replaced. So again, shonky, cheap repair work. I just wouldn't recommend this company at all, especially if you're a woman. Terrible customer service, dodgy replacement parts and sub-par repair work.
