A+͏ Agent! Jimmy clearly communicated with us from the very start of the sale, making sure we understood each step of the process and allowed us ample time to ask any questions we had. He made sure we were happy with all the marketing and asked our input. He gave regular updates on the progress of the open homes including lots of information on the current state of the housing market and how our marketing was performing. During the auction he ensured that we were comfortable and well informed, especially as we ended up selling over the phone while overseas. He worked extremely hard to get our property over the line and we are very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend Jimmy as an A+ realtor who will go above and beyond to make your sale a reality.
Top͏ level Real Estate Service A+++++ Scott has given us absolutely top level service - Scott has worked extremely hard for us and nothing we asked of him was ever a problem. Scott’s communication with us has been superb, not only providing us with the standard weekly updates but also available anytime to talk us through our many questions. Scott was readily available to all potential buyers and was able to facilitate many private viewings as well as open homes. His extensive network really boosted interest. Scott was very considerate of us as we occupied the property, and I can happily say our property sold quickly with multiple offers. Absolutely͏ 5 star service So incredibly happy to have had the best service. We were constantly supported and kept informed at every single stage. This was our first time selling so we needed a lot of guidance and had so many questions, but thankfully I never felt silly asking any questions. Having watched many friends go through the process , I was prepared to feel stressed and under pressure, however , that never came . Instead the whole process was relaxed and fun! Yes I know, fun! Best͏ agent we have ever worked with! Steve initially contacted us via Facebook for a prospective buyer who had liked the look of our home. Having been renting our home due to a work relocation we had tenants in who were not in a position to move so consequently nothing eventuated. Subsequently the tenants gave notice and we decided to sell our home with Steve as our agent. Throughout the sales process we never actually met in person! Steve maintained regular contact with us to update on open home activity, presenting offers and then working in a highly professional manner through the actual sale. With us being remote, Steve went above and beyond organising grounds maintenance, home staging services and being available for people to remove items from the house. We can't speak or write highly enough about his professionalism, work ethic, really acting as our advocate during negotiations and being willing and available to do things above and beyond what we have ever experienced from real estate agent before.
