Thai and his team where on the ball from the first meeting. His local knowledge is second to none and his advice throughout the entire process was invaluable. Thai Tan leads a great team at Harcourts Box Hill which clearly shows in the exceptional standard of service delivered from every staff member. Thai's knowledge and experience as a selling agent and auctioneer provided us with invaluable advice in the preparation of our property for sale. His warm, friendly and 'can-do' attitude alongside his senior sales agent, Audrey Yan, ensured that we had our property styled, photographed and marketed within a short space of time - nothing was too hard to achieve! What we most appreciate in our dealings with Thai was his refreshingly honest approach to keeping us informed to where the market was at and what was achievable for our property. He always made us feel at ease (especially as it was our first ever property sale). We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thai and his team at Harcourts Box Hill if you are looking for an agent that genuinely cares. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT Agent that goes by the name of Alex threatens his tenants, emails them abusing letters, serves them vacating notices then with draws them in the same week, then serves them again. Demanding property inspections on a monthly basis's, wants to charge you extra bond monies, in fact this agent has no people skills his English is very limited and hard to understand. I would highly recommend to avoid this company all together.

Thai and his team's professionalism, enthusiasm and local knowledge is evident. He sold my parents property and they were delighted. The result exceeded their expectations. I would definitely recommend Harcourts TSL to anybody considering selling.
