Excellent service provided by ladies. A darn shame its closing. The service provided by the staff is beyond compare. I went in and found them very accommodating. Taking in my budget, & suitable footwear. I'm suffer from stroke. So, the lady whom served me was only too happy to oblige. Ladies, all the best regards.

I bought 3 pairs of sandals for the summer in Taupo Hannah's while there for the weekend. I was impressed with the customer service from the moment I stepped in the door! As the store got busier, everyone received friendly & consistent assistance. I felt the treatment I received was personalised & honest when I asked for specific advice and her opinion. Will certainly be back again, next visit!

The usual selection of shoes that can be found at any Hannahs store in the country. Stock is displayed well and staff are really helpful without being pushy. If they don't have the size, style or colour you are wanting they will get it transferred from another Hannahs store. They sometimes have good price deals - currently they have buy two pairs of shoes and get one at half price. The cheapest pair will be half price. I've paid for shoes in Wellington that my grandkids have liked and they've collected it from the store in Taupo. Saved me a courier fee! Footwear isn't wonderful quality but it is a step up from Number One Shoe Warehouse. Whenever something doesn't last we've taken it back and always been offered a credit towards different replacement footwear or been given another pair of the same style. The choice is ours. They accept full responsibility for what they sell.

They have a wonderful team. These ladies are very attentive and great with up selling. Strongly recommend this store.
