Nice green grassy fields for kids to run around and burn some energy. Very popular with people walking their dogs. Didn't get a chance to walk up to the quarry.

Lovely place to go for a walk up the quarry face and down again lots of areas for a picnic in the park or beside the pond. Easy access by car and not far from Hornby

Fantastic open spaces for walking the dog, cycling and walks, beautiful gardens and very scenic walks around the quarry rim. Lots of water stations set up to keep you and your dog well hydrated. This is a great hidden gem.

Plenty of room for the kids and dogs to have a run around. Well maintained walking tracks for differing levels of ability. Great place for a picnic and some chill out time in this lovely semi rural setting. The historic nature of the park and information panels make for a fun and educational time.

Good place to stretch the dog. Would be nice if there was more area under or through woods. Easy access.,
