Left almost in tears and very angry! I feel that I've been rubbed and I wasted my time. Adding to all of this I have to redo my colour as she left me with a disaster in my hair!! Went for a "quick" regrouth and left the store with 2 colours in my hair and deposits of hair colour from missing the rinsing process of the colour due to lack of hot water!!! Yes!!! A hairdresser without hot water!!! Can you imaging going for colouring your hair and don't have water to wash the colour out ? Well that's what happen to me in this store! So when the girl start washing the colour out, was coming out only cold water. Not once she asked me if I could just " bite my tangue" and leave her to use cold water. At the beginning I thought she was joking.. well she wasn't ! After all of the horrible experience , I've been asked to pay the full amount of the cost of the service . I kindly asked to pay less as that wasn't " the service" I agree to pay for... so a 10$ discount considered is generous enough.... Disgusting!! The only star is for the girl that who tryed to do my hair . She had a bubbly personality and overall was nice and try to help to fix the mistake of the colour asking me to come again like I have nothing better to do than let her "play " with my hair... If you want to take an advice in base of my expensive and painful experience: Don't spend a cent in that store otherwise you will might have the same things happen to you. They shouldn't have a licence to function in the way they are doing..
