I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at avia170! Matt and Jordana have done a great job with the design of the salon and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I felt apart of the crew straight away and Tahnaya Did a fantastic job with my haircut. Love the atmosphere, highly recommend!
Well over due review! I had my hair cut by Tahnaya several weeks ago - she was so patient with me! Explained good and bad things to do with my hair based on my hair type and face shape. She gave me a hair cut which was totally low maintenance. She also gives a damn good head massage which is always a bonus. Very excited to come back and get it ALL chopped off. Another bonus was Sam - a friendly white cloud of a dog, super cute, very much likes pats. Thanks Avia 170!
My go to place to look good! Matt and his team are amazing and so is my favourite stylist Tahnaya who has been the most skilled, patient and professional with my hair. She's a real talent and a wonderful person

One of the worst experiences ever! Had a Jordana who was so sloppy not only in the way she presented herself but the way she did my hair also. She started my appointment late, stank of cigarettes and was talking to the lady next to me the whole time. Then to top things off its propably the worst color I've ever had. I do not recommend this salon at all!
I have been going to Avia for 20+ years. All of the team have always been so friendly and really helpful. My haircut with Matt has always been exactly as I like it and friends and family always comment on how much it suits me! Janie
Got a decent haircut here, staff friendly, coffee while you're cut. My cut was a bit too safe though, felt that we discussed taking more off and creating a lot of layering and taking much off round the face. Barely registered that I'd had a cut that day. But can't complain.
Absolutely wonderful experience at Avia today. The team were able to fit me in last minute for a cut and blow-wave at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back, and recommending to everyone in the area
Matt has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. I've never had a bad haircut and he knows his stuff well enough to tell you when your idea is stupid. Thanks Matt!
