I called this salon up asking for an immediate appointment and they managed to fit me in. I wasn’t expecting too much but got a cut and style has if I was going to a really expensive salon. A beautiful Maori lady Named Heni cut my hair and not only was she super talented and absolutely lovely but her customer service skills were exceptional! I’ll 100 percent definitely go back to this place again!!! Highly recommend Heni to anyone looking for a professional cut!!!

Huge thank you to Rick! I absolutely love my hair & his customer service was absolutely amazing. I was having a pretty crappy day and was feeling a bit down when I came in for my appointment. I left feeling happy and with a huge smile on my face. What a gorgeous, genuine person. I will definitely be back :)

Had a great experience here, I wanted a pretty far out style and the staff were really happy to accommodate, they didn’t try to sway me away from what I wanted and really helped me get what I wanted. My hairdresser Rick was amazing every step of the way. I’ll definitely be back!

The piercers here do not ask you about choosing between surgical steel/titanium etc. I wasn't very experienced with piercings back when I got my belly pierced last year. It was one of my first piercings. I got it pierced with surgical steel and because I have sensitive skin, it was irritated throughout the whole healing process without even realising it was the surgical steel my body was reacting to. The piercer didn't even offer a titanium ring (I'm aware that it costs extra, I would've been happy to pay extra for a better jewellery) Luckily it didn't reject or anything but you guys really need to show some consideration about the type of metal somebody has for a piercing. All the other piercers I've been to in the past year have, why not starting doing it too?

Loved my experience with Jess! Great service and made me feel comfortable before getting my piercing. She is very knowledgeable and i would recommend her to everyone! Thanks girl x
