I have never come across a retail staff member as I did when I entered this store on the weekend. Sonia served me with such high standards her knowledge was expectational she knew exactly what to recommend me without any hesitation. She was bubbly friendly and cared for my needs. She greeted customers with a beautiful smile she makes the place so warm and friendly with her caring nature towards her customers this was so visual in my experience in the store as she was complimented by many others as well. The store is very lucky to have such a beautiful caring staff member representing there store. Keep up the great work Sonia.
Maria is the absolute best at hair and the way she treats us. She has been doing mine and both my daughters hair for about a year now and I wouldn’t know what I would do without her. Went to Hairhouse in Craigieburn to buy my girlfriend a hair straightener, Sonia was able to give me recommendations on what would be best for her. She was so accomodating and friendly the whole time and made me happy with my purchase! Great customer service :
I was served by Georgia at the Hairhouse Warehouse in Craigieburn and she was just amazing! I didn’t know what product I needed to keep my hair protected while washing and styling and she knew exactly what to say and what would be best for me even in my price range. Exceptional customer service, I will definitely be coming back for any other services needed!!!
I have been looking for the right type of shampoo after buyer a number of different ones. I visited the store and spoke to Nina who was very lovely and extremely helpful. She recommended a product and even gave me a sample to try. I was actually surprised at the results and how good my hair felt after the first was using this product. Excellent customer service.
Dealing with this business has been a terrible experience. First I was told they would try to fit me in and then rang me to tell me they couldn't. Then I asked them to just book me in at the next availability. They rang and changed that as well. I finally got at least the colour done and was charged for a cut and blow dry I didn't have. An hour before the appointment for the cut, they rang to move the appointment again. Almost 2 months later I still don't have the cut and colour I was trying to have done. This was waste of everybody's time
10/10 to Mario who did my piercing today. Highly recommend he’s professionalism along with he’s amazing personality. Thank you once again- Jenks
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONALTHEY DIDN'T HELP ME AT ALL VERY ANGRY DON'T GO THERE THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR I BOUGHT HAIR COLOUR THEN WENT TO EXCHANGE IT THEY REFUSED! I EMAILED THEM THEY TOLD ME IT'S HYGIENE REASONS SHE TOUCHED THEM BEFORE I DID THE WORST PEOPLE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH
Maria is a legend did a beautiful job on my hair. She was honest about what was feasible given the previous dye jobs and the results were excellent
Went in for my first haircut since per covid, and the the first time I have ever coloured my hair. Shelby was fantastic in helping me choose a colour that would suit, and did an amazing job, I love me new look. Shelby is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the shop was very light hearted and fun. I will certainly be going back again.
