If you are thinking about going to this salon, think twice. I just got charged $40 for 1/2 an inch getting cut off my daughters hair. When I asked the woman how she could justify this for a 14 year old girls hair, and half an inch off the length being cut off, she couldn't answer me. Seriously, what is wrong with society....With people like this in business, it's no wonder the honest people suffer...Service:&nbsp;Kids' cuts

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to get a trim and thought why not try this salon as surely they cannot mess up a trim…… Well was I wrong! They ended up butchering my fringe and I told them multiple times to blend it with the rest of my hair. I kept saying that they were using the wrong scissors to blend and feather my fringe. I paid $35 and left extremely unhappy. I sat in the car and was crying as they ruined my hair and blunt cut my fringe. I went back in and demanded a refund and told them I was extremely unhappy with the service they provided. With a bit of arguing from the workers they agreed to give me a refund. I have frequented this salon around 5 times with my family. In the beginning, the children’s hair was great, however the quality severely declined.  I just cut my son’s hair and it is crooked. I asked the man to fix it and he repeatedly ignore me and hurried us out of the salon. The owner doesn’t work for the next several days, so I won’t be able to get it fixed anytime soon and now I have to pay to go to another salon to get it fixed asap as it looks real bad.  Also, I cut my own hair long woman’s and it was butchered. My partner and his mother have said they have never seen such a bad haircut on a woman. I have really easy hair to manage and cut as it is straight and it ended up looking like a broom. All I wanted was a simple trim. I also had to go to another salon to fix it.  Please get some stylists that know what they are doing.  Please heed this review. Thanks for reading.

Very disappointed with the dishonesty!!!  I went to get a simple hair cut  trim and style in the front only and was charged $60. I didn’t wanted any extra service due to my hair loss issues so I don’t see where the extra cost might be coming from. I knew that the price seemed a bit off for such a simple thing so I asked the girl, she said the price has gone up which I respected. I was gonna back again tomorrow for hair treatment but no more after been told by someone else who had the same thing there for a lot cheaper.  I simply don’t appreciate if I am being fooled like this and people doing things upon there convenience just to get extra money out of customers. Absolutely mortified and disgusted at the lack of compassion and customer service from this place yesterday.  To publicly announce in front of other people that a child has head lice which turned out was misdiagnosed to be a slight case of dandruff. This experience showed us the lack of knowledge, staff experience, customer service, compassion, and empathy from the hairdresser.  If she was well trained, she would have been able to tell the difference, regardless of my explanation and even visual proof of my son’s hair that it was in fact a slight case of dandruff she refused to touch him or finish his hair. She didn't even clean off any hair clippings off his neck.  What annoyed me the most was the embarrassed and humiliated look on my sons face and the way she treated him like he had a contagious disease. Please note I am not one to write reviews but if I do I check my facts, so I did in fact double check his hair after the event ... happy to say absolutely no head lice whatsoever.  If the staff had any proper training, they would know that some people live with medical conditions that cause dry scalp, in fact dandruff affects about 50 per cent of the population. Itching scalp can be caused by several conditions, including dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and psoriasis.  Maybe the owner and the staff should take some lessons on how to identify what is head lice and what may also be a medical condition. Some training on how to tactfully approach something like this without embarrassing your clients or their parents would go very far as well. If I had been approached discreetly in a more empathetic manner this review would not be going up.  Thank you for humiliating and embarrassing my son and myself in a public environment. You should be ashamed of yourselves.  Needless to say, we will never step foot in there again and WILL NOT recommend anyone to this salon.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Sukh the owner is ripping off customers. I was charged too much for hair cut and blow dryer was an extra cost. I never visited again. All these positive reviews are fake from fake accounts by owner or her friends to maintain the rating.lot of restaurants are doing it . After one bad review they put up 2-3 five star rating reviews just in one or two days. Don't trust reviews, just visit and experience it.

The worst experience ever. The owner of the business charged me a huge  amount for cutting my daughters hair and it was terrible. I could have done it better myself. I had to go to get it fixed the next day.  She was not there but another lady who worked for her fixed her hair after a long argument.  Very disappointed.
