Very professional and accommodating. I had to bring my young child into a laser appointment which isn't ideal.. but they went beyond what I would have expected to make sure she was looked after during my appointment. That kind of service is very much appreciated. I'm very happy with my results, looking forward to going back! Highly recommend!

Craigieburn clinic Very rude staff and bad serviceyesterday 27/01/23 i was there i think shes a manager i don't know who would make her a manager. Shes very rude and three weeks ago i went to do laser treatment and i told them the hair came back within on week and didn't fall off and she told me i have to buy the body scrub i said no i have some from results laser she replied i used to work there and their products are bad i told her i don't wanna pay money for nothing she started yelling at me but your hair will come back without it she said! you can't force customers to buy your products I'll never go there again
Horrible Customer Service - MySkin Clinics Craigieburn- I have been a customer of MySkin Clinics Craigieburn for over 3 years now and What a disgusting experience I had for a laser hair removal session.The purpose of any business is to create and keep a customer but with such customer service I guess you will lose a lot of customers. It's a beauty business and we come to you guys to feel good and not feel insulted.I hope the feedback is passed and this doesn't happen to anyone else. I was at a medical appointment and got a call from the laser clinic that I can come 40 mins early so I went straight from the appointment and didn't get a chance to remove my makeup. The therapist was abrupt , rude and spoke down to me for not removing my makeup and she literally yelled at me even when I told her that I am sorry and i didnt get a chance to remove my make up as I was coming from my medical appointment.I told her to give me the wet wipes and i can do it myself but she refused to do that. She still didn't stop and told me she can't do it and I have to rebook my appointment. She gave me an angry look and I felt so insulted that I left the room and came out. I spoke to her manager Pam and the manager was good and she deescalated the situation. I still feel horrible going back, which is a shame because I have prepaid for treatments.

I get 8 sessions for my bikini and under arm after that same hair growing then I had explained everything there staff, she said you should go with more 5 sessions, I paid for more for 5 section then, I received my positive pregnancy. I was explained regarding this and I said please return back my payment because I don’t want countinous after delivery.They were not pay back me.my experience too bad with myskin so don’t suggest any body waste money there
