Got my hair cut yesterday and I waited for about 20 minutes after being told to take a seat in a chair, I had 2 different hairdressers tell me that they would be with me shortly. About another 10 minutes later finally one of the hairstylist came and started doing my cut, all I wanted was a trim and simple face framing. Today I styled my hair to find that she had cut a chunk of my bangs straight and hadn’t informed me or given a discount for her mistake. I spend $55 ona haircut that looks incomplete and botched. Will not go back.

Get a quote for $90-100 for a highlights and come back to be charged over $200 and don't have anything like the hair do I wanted in the first place. Another hairdresser in the same centre told me they couldn't do the same thing, but go to another hairdresser who has since left town and she does the exact same color repeatedly that this hairdresser said they couldn't do as well. Never again.

I have consistently had good hair cuts from Mel and now Leah. I feel confident that if Mel or Leah were cutting my hair I would get what I hoped for. Mel has been cutting my hair exactly the way I like it, and recently Leah cut my hair exactly the way I like it as well. I think that that kind of consistency and professionalism should be acknowledged. Well done guys.

Have recieved the BEST eye brow shaping of anywhere! They did a fantastic job, as my eye brows are a challenge for the best of them. Being strangly uneven, one flat, the other normal.
