I had a great experience at hair keen. They were very adjusting and accommodated my appointment despite many changes. The girls were lovely. Chloe who did my hair paid attention to all my instructions and the result was just what I wanted. I am so glad to have found someone whom I can trust with my hair.

I am absolutely shocked by the unprofessional of this salon owner. The fact that there are so many good reviews for this place is shocking and very suspicious. If I have learnt anything it’s that good reviews are easily faked. I have never in my life encountered such rudeness and incompetence. I simply didn not receive what I paid for because they were so busy and trying to serve other clients at the same time. My hair completely dried naturally in a horrible way amd then they charged my $70 for a blowdry. I had to wash it again when I get home and Dyson if myself as it looked awful and my extensions weren’t blending at all. I had gone to have my hair smoothed and dried pin straight for christmas. When I tried to discuss this with the owner on the phone she proceeded to scream at me- she wouldn’t let me get a word in- literally screaming like a child over the top of me and then she hung up. Honestly just so shocked. Literally the rudenest, most incompetent amd unprofessional woman I have ever met. She knew I was right and simply couldn’t bear to hear it. If you are thinking of trying this place, I wouldn’t .risk it!

As always, I had a great experience with Chloe & Zinnia today. Chloe always listens carefully to whatever I ask her to do, adjusting the technique to suit my hair & achieve the result I want. My hair is naturally curly & Chloe cuts my hair in a way that makes it easy for me to wear curly or straight. Chloe partially cuts my hair wet & then completes the cut after drying & styling it so she can see how it will sit, this is exactly what my hair needs because it’s completely different when it’s dry. I love the foils Chloe did today, they’re fine & look really natural which is exactly what I wanted, the cut is perfect & will look great curly or straight. Very lovely hairdressers. Chloe did a great job colouring my hair and cutting it to suit my hair type and face shape better. Despite only being two of them, they professionally yet very quickly managed to look after 4 of us clients at the same time. Very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

I have had keratin treatments at other salons in Melbourne but the treatment at this salon is by far the best and I would never go elsewhere again. Sunny and her staff are highly skilled at this treatment and a great deal of thought and effort goes into it. My hair has lasted for months and lasts longer each time it is done. Apart from this Sunny and all stafff members are so friendly and it’s just a pleasure to go in and see them all. I have recommended and introduced family and friends and they are all really happy!! I highly recommend Sunny and the team at Hair Keen. I have now had a keratin treatment at Hair Keen twice. It has been 3 months since my last treatment and my hair is still perfectly straight and soft. Sunny and her team took so much care to ensure that every strand of hair was covered in keratin. There is no cutting corners, every part of the process is completed carefully and skillfully to ensure the keratin treatment will be perfect. I will definitely be heading back to Sunny for my next keratin treatment.
