As always Lucy did a fantastic job colouring, cutting and blow drying my hair. It is always such a lovely and friendly atmosphere in the salon with the whole Team and I can’t thank them enough for always delivering such great service. When a half head of foils is only $20 cheaper than a full head, you soon realise the salon is stealing from the customer. No amount of being good at your job justifies blatant theft. The industry needs an overhaul.

This was my first time at the salon ,Nicky is an incredible hairdresser/stylist . Totally professional,great service. I couldn't be happier and l highly recommend Jacou.

Ella has been cutting my hair at Jacou for years, having first started as an apprentice. She's a great stylist, and I always leave happy with the results. I know that she loves the team she works with and has been well supported over the years. It's always nice to support a business that takes care of its staff. Friendly atmosphere and great customer service. Highly recommended.

I am always really happy when I walk out of Jacou! They do a great job, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. I've referred my three sisters and mum, and everyone loves Jacou! Their prices are great value, they're always on time and I always walk out with a smile on my face. I completely recommend!!

Jacou Hair & Beauty is amazing! I got a recommendation from a friend and her mum who's been going here for ages. They were so good in squeezing me in on the day and I was lucky enough to be looked after by Anita. Not really knowing what I wanted, I felt that I could completely trust her and let her do "her thing" and I ended up loving what she did with my hair. I was looking for a subtle change and Anita understood that completely. Can't wait to be back and maybe even go a little wilder next time!

I am just back from my first visit to this salon and have never been happier with my hair! Tamara was sweet and bubbly and confident in her approach to my request. She did such a wonderful job that I booked my next appointment straight away. The salon itself is bright and inviting. I highly recommend Jacou and the lovely Tamara.

Amazing! I travel constantly, and am in Melbourne every 6 weeks or so and this is the first time I have been to this salon. Talented, professional, friendly, chirpy people. I have very, very long hair. I emerged from the salon with perfectly moisturised, glossy long beach waves, with a sparkling glow overall. As good as anywhere I have had in the world. Very impressed. Love, love, love. Will definitely be recommending to everyone.

Friendliest staff! Everyone was so warm and welcoming especially Tamara! Super understanding about my first time getting colour I was pretty nervous and indecisive but she helped me brainstorm and gave me plenty of options. Left feeling amazing and will definitely be back, thanks girls x

I love the team at Jacou! Have been going here for over ten years, and hands down love my results every time. I have been every cookout under the sun, and never once has Jackie and her team let me down. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and they love what they do.
