I went in for a wax which I booked online for a certain price. When I arrived 5 minutes before my treatment I was told to sit down and wait. 15 after my appointment I was taken into the treatment room. The wax was quite good a relatively pain free but once we were finished and went to pay she told me she needed to charge me extra as it was my first time in that particular store. I was thrown off guard and would usually agree my case. But in this instant I thought I would just make note of this and not return. So all in all its a good wax but they will rip you off at any strange. I won't be returning
