Worst experience ever. I don’t want to go again and We all look terrible. In 15 mins the hair dresser has smashed three hair cut and (how could that be possible). If i could share our photo I would have done it. don’t even want it to give 1 star either. If you want to look like a monkey even after the hair cut please I suggest go there.

Overall great first experience. They were very busy and running behind, but service and cut was fabulous (especially for such a reasonable price!).

2 weeks ago I went to this salon armed with a photo sample of what colour I want my new hair to look like after my birthday makeover was done. My request was simple; to make surely all greys were gone as well. The result was less than satisfactory. I called the salon and spoke to Hahn, and he booked me in for another colouring appointment. This morning I went back; Hahn was really patient listening to what I wanted and explained why the first colouring attempt didn't yield the results I desired. Today's result was fantastic! I was really happy. Hahn redid the colour for no extra cost and thus had found another loyal customer for life! He turned an unhappy customer to a loyal one with his dedication to provide the best results and experience for his customers. Thanks Hahn!

Has been with the salon for 1.5 years. I was very satisfied with the tall guy in the beginning and was with other girls in between. The girls are less sophisticated but very nice and careful. Two months ago I went in a busy time with the guy and finished in less than 5 minutes. My friends say it's quite below standard. I went a less busy time on Sunday afternoon with the guy. With professional mowing and a little bit scissor dancing he indicated finish in less than 5 minutes. I asked for some detailing so he chopped off more hair for 10 seconds and left to mind his business without a word until another girl told me done. That's done.

First colour & cut yesterday. Ever so professional - the best all round service I've ever received. Love my colour & love my cut. Have booked another appointment come January.
