Good Mexican Food. Lots of dine in space and parking spots available. Loved the orange flavoured drink “Jarritos”. Fries was superb with the spicy seasoning.
Stopped in due to starvation. Have been here before, so know it's good. Bit busy for 2:45pm on a Sunday afternoon. Was waiting for our meal for over 20minutes, while other people who ordered after us were served before us. Weird system. Also, I bit more exxy than last time.
The past 3 out of 4 times I've ordered they have made my burrito wrong. First time they forgot the vegetables, second time they forgot the meat and this time they put chips in my burrito. These errors have come from the kitchen as my recept doesn't reflect what I received. I don't have rice on it so the chips were a soggy disgusting mess that I didn't even order. Wasn't fun trying to get them all out.
Breakfast Burritos - fluffy egg, bacon and potato hash - with hot chocolate this morning - It was just spot on and so good Their breakky menu is till 10:30AM.
If you want an all rice burrito and to be left waiting at the window for over 5 minutes with no one saying anything, nor an apology for the wait after you received your food, this is the GYG for you. Wasn't the best my last visit but this time you have lost a customer for good now.

I am so disappointed with this restaurant tonight. After ordering two Veggie fries, one with Shredded Mushroom and made vegan. We get home to discover half the meal is wrong. It has beef, cheese and corn chips. We called up and they offer to remake the order. After driving back and parking, they remake half the order. We get home again to eat our meals one is cold only to discover it is wrong again. This time it is at least vegan friendly but not made with the Shredded Mushroom which was the original order. This isn't the first time this has happened. I understand it is busy but please try harder. Vegetarian options: one meal was standard veggie fries, the second was meant to be the shredded mushroom made vegan. Dietary restrictions: vegetarian and vegan
Food is always great at Guzman especially their Pulled Pork Nachos with coriander and Mushroom. The place is clean and easy to find. Parking is a little tight though. But all in all, I would highly recommend this for a fast and easy meal.
Food was very average. The new guy working was very accommodating and helpful. They forget my friends drink, and for my other friend they made her a burrito instead of a burrito bowl. Many of her chips were also frozen cold, the kitchen is clearly to blame for all this. This is not ok.
I love GYG. It's always my go to. Really frustrated with the service though. We frequently order the family fiesta. A few days ago we tried to order it via the app and pick up through the drive through as usual. As we tried to order the fiesta, the price would update from $43 with the bare minimum selected and no additions to $48.40. This was strange and so I decided to go in and enquire. I was swiftly told that apparently the fiesta was no longer a thing you can order and that it was going away. They then said it was not meant to be on the app/website and it was a mistake. I was somewhat perplexed because.. it was on the app, very clearly and I showed the girl that served me I can only assume she was a manager of some sort since she made no effort to actually check with someone this on my phone. She basically just said 'yeah, it's coming up with the actual price of the items if you ordered them normally, so you would have to pay the full price'. Needless to say, I didn't order the food. Fast forward to today and I take another look at the app only to find that not only is the fiesta pack still there but it is also coming up at the correct $43 price. This annoys me on many levels but what frustrates me the most is that the girl will have charged me more for what was very clearly a fault in the app. Yeah, it's $5 but this is not typically how customer service works. I didn't order again today as it's just kind of annoying. Not sure if/when I will come eat at GYG again.
