I ordered a regular chicken burrito but there were only two tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing. It’s a lot to pay for basically just rice in a wrap.nnI have also ordered a regular burrito here before which I had to return because it was smaller than the palm of my hand. They then proceeded to take 10 minutes to “remake” it, but they just added more rice and when I got it back it was cold.
Always go to this branch of gyg. It started good until it wasn’t. Ordered a couple of times where they forgot about a cali burrito i ordered. The most recent one was i order a mini nacho fries with brisket, except there’s no brisket. The guy who gave us the food on the drive through were pretty rude too.
Workers was so rude....nThe napkins was just smashed in the bag and The drinks was in the bag with the hot foodnChips was freezing cold from the drinksnAs well as they have given me the wrong drinksnAnd to top that off they made my order wrongnThe food was bad and experience was very disappointing. I highly dont recommend this place to anyone it's a waste of moneynI couldn't finish the food as it was yuck itnIt went straight though me
Shocking !!!nCan workers get any order right ???nI’ve been going there around 5pm ,drive through to find something always wrong with my meal.nAsking for no tomato pico de gallo is always a surprise later , either you have no guacamole or you will have extra tomato lolnWrong size meal , warm soft drink , order not displayed on the screen to check if it is rightnI have given up eating there nownIt is a shame !!
UPDATE; I did as mentioned below and no response. Pathetic.nnOrdered spicy fries except never got any FRIES! WHAT THE HELL?
