Zero stars. This place used to be good, I’m not sure what happened. The burritos had minimal Chicken and zero flavour. Upon further investigation of the menu I didn’t even get the option of brown or white rice, we just got white which had the consistency of clag glue. Maybe because everything we ordered had chicken there wasn’t much to spread around… that doesn’t excuse the pitiful amount of protein we received! I’ve ordered a burrito bowl from here previously and it was vastly different. This was dry and had no flavour. The $1 tomato sauce I ordered was half empty and they gave me hot sauce instead of tomato sauce - keep in mind it was for my kids.
I ordered a burrito bowl for delivery and when it arrived half the ingredients were missing and there was maybe only half a meal in there. What was there was stone cold. Not lukewarm, literally stone cold. The rice had gone hard. 2 tiny bits of pork. Photo is exactly how it looked when I opened the box. For $35 I am horribly disappointed. Uber is refusing to refund me.

Like I am a pure-vegetarian, who never even had an egg in my life. I took a bite of pork burrito and believe me these guys betrayed on my religion, not just me.nSharing photos showcasing proof as well. I travelled 30 kms back to that place just to get the receipt so they guys don’t say that I ordered the pork one. Really a shame on you guys. This is so disrespectful and careless behaviour of staff making unbearable mistakes.
I use the app for convenience yet they manage to stuff it up the 2 times I used itnnFor example I ordered a bowl with extra veg and guac there was no guac and I also ordered large queso and got smallnnSo the app is not good at this store if ur looking for exactly what you paid for
Disgusting presentation. Good was mixed and could not eat it. Hot sauce all over the food. Second complaint in two weeks. This Guzman never gets anything right!
