This is the worst GYG I’ve been to. Every time I visit, I seem to have a bad experience.nnI ordered a coffee that I’ve had at other GYG stores and really enjoyed. This time, there was no indication that it would be different, but instead I was served an Ampol coffee. If that’s the case, it should be made clear when ordering.nnVery disappointed with the lack of consistency and communication. I hope this store improves its service and customer experience.nnTHIS IS GOING TO BE MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS GYG
One corn chip, rubbery chicken, no guac.nFull refund from Uber Eats. Never ordering GYG again. I genuinely don’t understand how this was considered okay to serve.
I visited GYG Tullamarine today and ordered a pork burrito, asking for it to be spicy. Unfortunately, the meal was very disappointing. There was no salsa, no sauce, no spice, and the burrito was extremely dry. I only found one small piece of tomato in the whole thing.nnOn top of that, I found a single potato chip outside the burrito but inside the wrapping, which shouldn’t happen. It made me feel like the meal wasn’t prepared with proper care.nnI’m a delivery driver and rely on getting a quick, decent meal while working. I was very hungry and tried to eat it, but because it had no flavour or moisture at all, I couldn’t finish it and ended up feeling unwell.nnI understand the shop was busy, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for missing basic ingredients or letting food slip into the wrap. Customers are still paying full price and expect a properly prepared meal.nnI’m not asking for a refund — I just expected the order to be made correctly. I won’t be returning, but I hope the store takes this feedback seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.
I went to order a grilled chicken ceaser burrito in drive thru and first window to pay with cash i gave a $50 note for $15 burrito and i was given 25 change instead of 35 i had to fix the calculations for the lady at the till. Then i got my meal and went home when i ate the burrito it was not what i had ordered so i had to drive all rhe way back 20 minutes to get my right order customer service was really poor considering they stuffed my order up i wasnt priority and waited another 15 mins for my order for the second time. They didnt appologise for any mistakes they caused. Really going down at gyg at tullamarine do better!!
