Not only are they incompetent, but they distribute medication that has been dispensed by another pharmacy for an individual who is NOW DECEASED.nThis is one of the most incompetent organisations I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.nNot only did they lie about services provided to aged care facilities, they blackmail by withholding medication until an account is paid.nNot only are they reprehensible in their description of the services they purport to deliver, they beg and scrape in front of you to not lose your custom but blackmail you as a form of retribution.nBeware of these profiteers, because they do not even make the pensioner discount of $1.00 on prescriptions. They pocket it themselves. With a captive clientele that is nothing short of PROFITEERING.
