last week Wednesday I bought a pair of shoes for work for $229. Next day I had them on for three hours and I end up with bad pain on my toes. Grundy's promises comfortable shoes and they don't meet the requirements. when I went to the store for this issue I faced a very bad customer service from both staff and the store manager. One of the staff said that these shoes have heels and that's why I get pain! which I don't understand, if that type of shoes are not comfortable why do they sell them as comfortable shoes in your store. also I was told by the manager that unfortunately I have big feet. In addition, she said "you are an adult and no one forces you to buy them, and you were walking with them that's why you feel in pain". first of all I was told that my feet have issue not the shoes and lastly I get to know that those shoes are not for walk, probably they just for decoration. The receipt says I can ask for a refund for up to 7 days. but I was told in the store there is nothing they can do for me. This is a rip off
I have been shopping at Grundy's since I can remember. I always come back for the friendly, loyal service and the great selection of shoes on offer. I recently came in to buy a pair of ARCHE and could not be happier with these shoes and of course the service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond. I love supporting a well-known South Australian family business, thank you Grundy's :

As soon as we walked into the store, Erin was super friendly and helpful! She sized us up for a pair of Birkenstock’s and was super knowledgeable around the brand. Gave us great tips on how to keep them in the best condition possible, and even checked their other stores’ stock when we were after a different colour. Highly recommend anyone in need of Birkenstock’s to pay Grundy’s a visit!!
Fabulous service. I purchased on-line, was unsure about the sizing, I gave a call, someone immediately picked up and checked my size. The order was shipped the same day with tracking, and arrived very shortly after. Will surely come back. Love that they sell Ara, which are amazing German comfort shoes with a feminine and elegant design.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was helped straight away by a lovely lady who was very attentive. I felt like she actually cared about my needs and didn't want me to just "hurry up and buy something". Great selection of shoes to keep your feet comfy. I was happy with my purchase and had a positive experience here. Highly recommended.

The salesperson was very helpful and a good listener, but also patient too. They had a great variety of brands of shoes and boots for different needs. I recently purchased a pair of ankle boots and they are very comfortable. The leather is nice and soft with a flexible sole.The first time I wore the boots in and I didn't get any blisters.
