Very helpful staff. Lots of options for dietary requirements, and food presented well. I wouldn't order the zucchini fries again though, as oil was literally dripping off them.

Love Grill'd and the South Melbourne team are very friendly and always consistent. Love the Crispy Bacon & Cheese burger as well as the Chilli Addict burger. The Beyond burger range is surprisingly good.

Grill'd always have nice burgers... Tried the new one today and I hope it stays on the menu.  The server who welcomed us and took our order was friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Only had coffee and a few after work drinks but the service is fantastic and the staff are happy. Always acknowledge you even if they can’t get to you which is pretty rare these days!

I love my chicken burger here as I can’t have beef. The beef burger with beetroot is great according to my friends. Worth ur money! Need to try and they have selections of bread for you to choose as well

So slow. No customers and still very slow. 5 people working and still waiting for over 20minutes for a burger and chips. I can see they prioritise the uber deliveries over in-house customers. Scratched this franchise off the list. Bad experience unacceptable hospitality service.

Burgers are all grass-fed but not grass-finished. Their marketing and promotion is designed to mislead consumers so be cautious in this burger joint.
