Super fast service and great communication when ordering and receiving the product in Auckland. I initially purchased one juice just to try it out and I can say, juice is great as is the price. Been using Grey skies for I think 5 years now or more and I dont go anywhere else unless im in a pinch. The price is great and has always stayed the same , great customer service the one and only time I had a complaint and fixed beyond satisfaction, and always speedy service. Keep it up

Purchased for the first time was a bit hesitant as the paywall hasn’t been set up yet and only form of payment at present is direct deposit which is probably just because new website but for the price and product thought was worth the risk. Anyway very fast shipping and fantastic communication the product it’s self for the price and size is a bargain. Its great to see someone actually selling e liquid at a price which reflects the product instead of business’s cashing in on people who gave up darts and think over priced e liquid is a bargain. Will definitely buy again and I’m not a bot as one reviewer mentioned

LOVE Grey Skies! The packs are affordable & money for value. I think I've tried nearly every flavor & hands down majority are my most favorite to vape! I put an order through @ 1.30pm & received my order @ 12.30pm the following day!!! LOVE that for me : Thanks team, can't recommend you enough!
I can't believe this little treasure was hiding away. I went looking when I couldn't get any juice in from my normal supplier, Fast tech. I looked past the usual suspects and found Grey Skies. Good times indeed. Flavours are great, not the usual 200+ you see in other places but plenty of them and with accurate descriptions. Greg is stupendous, a really good guy, helpful and friendly, just the best. He will help all the way. Prices are crazy low compared to others which made me a little concerned, but it is only because he isn't gouging you, his stuff is great. I bought a couple of 4 x 50ml packs to try flavours out first and have just got my first 6 x 100ml pack. I just can't see past Grey Skies and can't recommend them highly enough.
Whoever runs this website/company has no customer service skills. I was querying the different payment methods listed at the bottom of the home page because when I order, it defaults to direct bank transfer and I cannot chose to pay by PayPal or Visa. I am also unable to select shipping method and it defaults to DHL Express. Whoever responded to my query said it takes 6 - 8 weeks to ship via international air mail from NZ to Melbourne. I have been purchasing e-liquid from NZ for 6 years and it takes a week to 10 days by international air mail. He also said PayPal does not accept payment for nicotine based products. How come the other vendors accept PayPal? Eventually I was told to get over it and move on because he has already told me he does not accept payment by PayPal and does not ship via international air mail, despite never having told me that. I will never purchase from this dodgy seller. All the 5 star reviews are probably fake. Why does the website have the below shipping options? What is your estimated delivery time? International Air Mail Tracked Upon Delivery – $9.95 International Courier Fully Tracked – @35 International Express Courier 1-5 Days – $ 40 We have a 3-10 day delivery target for all packages to Australia, keep in mind if you are rural this may cause a delay of up to 3 days. Please provide physical addresses only, p.o boxes are unable to be delivered to and will result in delays.
Exceptional service, excellent communication all round. Fast efficient service and shipping. Products come well packaged. Superb flavors, they realy got it right. Highly recommended Update still continued to deliver excellent service and now there juices are in 120ml bottle love you guys
