Booked in a warrant here on a Saturday and due to some staff schedule changes the mechanic wasn't there. Instead of fobbing me off they rang the boss and he came in especially to do it. Can't get better service than that! Also Shane in the shop is a top bloke and very helpful, will definitely purchase my next bike from them.
I brought my Husqvarna Norden 901 to get a new windscreen mounting point that one of your mechanics damaged and I had to wait 6 months and an incorrect part later and pay for, as well as take a day off work and ride 2 hours to get it remedied and now I've just removed the windscreen to check the work done all the rubber grommets were fitted incorrectly mashed up behind the screws instead of seated in the windscreen holes and they are now damaged as you can see in these photos.nI'm also not confident that the left side thread is not compromised now either as the thread doesn't feel as free as it did before i bought it in.
Went in to see if we could book a warrant for Harley. They did WOF straight away. Awesome team, great service. Definately will be going back. While we waited went into show room. Guy in there was so helpful. Would 100% recommend NV Cycles.
3.5hr ride timed to arrive during open hours on a Saturday, $1200 cash in my pocket to spend, CLOSED!!! Disappointing... was a great ride thonnUpdate: a follow up visit when open found this place to be very accommodating, got good information about parts I was after, and was happy to spend my money to get them, cheers to Vicki
