I was well treated by the polite staff at the Emergency eye clinic.nHowever, needless to say the parking charges at the Wilson run carpark were exorbitant. $20 for a 4 hour stay..... rip off, as there was no parking for miles around. quite disgusting you wombatsnlet this happen to unwell patients.

Posting on behalf of a friend, Grace, who just had her ultrasound done today.nIt was a rainy day and only a 10-minute wait at the Radiology department. The scan took another 10 minutes and I was out in 20 minutes.nThe receptionist was friendly and helpful. I wanted to thank in specific the radiographer, Margaret Orchard, who did my ultrasound scan. She’s kind and thoughtful, guided me through the procedure patiently and made sure that I was comfortable all along. This lady did good, not expecting to be known or remembered. People like Margaret is a definite asset to NZ medical service.

I can understand people's Frustrations with some Long wait times But it's just one of those things where you got to gave Patience.It's not the Health Sectors fault that some funds have been axed but the Governments.Doctors, Nurses, Ambulance Staff are ALL Worth their weight in Gold!nThankyou for my Eye treatment, God Bless

I went to radiology for my X-ray and the staff is very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Dr and the nurse who assisted me they were brilliant. I feel someone actually care about me. Thank you team for your great support.

Good clinics and staff. NO EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT here. Either go to Auckland Hospital or Ascot when in need.
