Great, caring service! I know that our new kitten, Bambi, is in good hands, anytime we have to head to the Vets. Also, they were lovely, previously, when it came time to say a very sad goodbye to our 15yo old cat, Misty.

Doc Mya is the most skilled, compassionate and considered vet I have come across. She always considers the most economical treatment options and doesn’t try to upset which is common in my past experience with other vets. The surgery has great facilities and has the added bonus of housing a 24hour emergency vet. Charlie on reception is efficient and friendly. The other nurses and staff are great too. I have three fur babies who manage to get themselves into strife regularly Sou can speak from experience!
My cat had advanced tick paralysis and spent 7 days at green cross emergency hospital. I am very grateful to the vet nurses who cared for him around the clock. they put my mind at rest continually with detailed updates whenever I wanted. If he didn't have the tick syrum to remove the poison, he would've been dead. They also allowed a holistic dr to come in on the 6th day to do electro accupunture and I am truly grateful for this. It propelled him forward enough to enable me to bring him home the next day. A big thank you to the lovely nurses and the receptionists.
From the moment we walked into the surgery it was all systems go. Our dog was suffering poison from mouldy bread and I was sure we would lose her. But the vets and nurses worked a miracle and we now have her safe at home. Just brilliant. Mouldy bread is toxic to dogs please take care
The veterinarian Lauren and her beautiful vet nurse Jodie were extremely professional and took amazing care of our dog when we brought her in late last Sunday night. They did everything they possibly could before we decided to euthanise her. Even in this process they took the utmost care and were so kind and compassionate. I am very grateful for everything they did and am so appreciative for assisting us to say goodbye to our beautiful Myah. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You did and will continue to do an amazing job and I am so glad you were both working the night we brought her into you.
This was a terrible experience. Our dog was in a bad way after a dog attack and they told us the surgery to save him would be 20k through a specialist as that they wouldn’t do it there. She told us she didn’t know how our dog was in his way and that we should put him down. We drove to the specialist in Brisbane at 2am anyways, only for the specialist to tell us they could have done this “standard” surgery there and that the operation should be 5k. Our dog is recovering and out of any major risk but not thanks to them.
Friendly and caring staff. Looking forward to building a relationship with them as my puppy grows.
Head pats, ear scratches, nails clipped, belly scratches and even cleaned up a few toilet accidents. They also treated my dog the same too! Great place, expensive but it is an after hours emergency place. Basically pet ER.
