Last Saturday we had the unenviable experience of saying goodbye to a much loved and cherished family member. We couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and understanding team. The  female vet on that day treated us with such dignity and respect. She explained everything in such detail to ensure our beautiful "Midget" and her human family were looked after pre and post euthanasia. For this reason, we will be transferring all of our pets herein, ensuring  they all receive such quality and careful treatment planning until their final days with us on this journey. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful Burmese Cat, Amy on 8th Aug, 2022.  I wish to thank the staff at Cooroora Vet Clinic & especially Dr Danielle for their compassion and care in looking after Amy.  You made a difficult decision easier to bare.  We then received a card, beautifully written, and to show they were paying attention to their clients, the picture on the front of card was a Burmese Cat - it could have been Amy!   Your thoughtfulness is much appreciated at this difficult time.

I attended this clinic with my dog as an unknown client. My dog was suffering a somewhat urgent problem and was admitted for surgery which took place almost immediately. I was very happy with the attitude and expertise of the vet and the nursing staff are second to none. Very friendly, professional and patient, particularly in discussing and attending to my dogs special handling needs. That my dog is reported to have been a very good patient is testament to the patient and gentle handling he MUST have been shown, as he reacts very badly to careless handling. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice. Thank you for your excellence.

If the ladies at reception today, 06/11/21, were our first ever experience with this clinic, then we would never go back. We won’t say we will never go back, just in case the other vets are closed again. Lucky our dog is not on death’s door. Thanks team.
