Absolutely disgusted, put my chain in on Thursday was told $35 to polish my chain which could not be done instore so was told it would be sent out cleaned and sent back by the following Friday got a call Thursday telling me it will be $90 to polish I said no and I want my chain back still by tomorrow went into store on Saturday and my chain is not there infact it still hadn't even been sent and it will possibly be in Wednesday. Not happy no help no offer of any just a disgrace in customer service. What if I had it put in for cleaning for a bloody wedding!!!! Don't bother
