Sydney’s iconic Australia Post General Post Office has still not re-opened after closing at the start of the coronavirus pandemic. 152 days closed, and counting. When the post office was last opened, I found the staff courteous and friendly. They offered excellent service. #coronavirus

Was a bit worried when I saw the reviews and gave myself a lot of time just in case. The staff were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Can't say to others on here but your Wednesday morning staff are superb! Keep it up!

The Worst Experience I've Had With These guys People wait 2 monts or more Useless Useless Useless Courier Service and the worst place to send items come on 0/10

I like this place because the stuff I order overseas comes here.

Doing well even with Covid difficulties.

Today I was assisted by Juan who was incredibly helpful and assisted me with some paperwork. Despite it being busy he was very patient and polite. Because of his fantastic service he made my day so much easier, thank you!

Great customer service from Cowen today 14/8/19. I had a suit to send overseas and he recommended me options to reduce the shipping cost and basically wrapped my parcel for me. Pleasantly surprised at the level of service, thank you!!

Friendly and energetic staff, best post office in tow!
