Crystal Bar

This review is for crystal bar as a lunch venue.. went with a friend for lunch as we heard the burgers were quite nice but unfortunately this is not the case. We ordered the haloumi burger and it had no haloumi and the meat was very poorly cooked. The service doesn't rescue the place either the waiter who served us was totally disinterested. Overall I would not recommend the Crystal Bar as a lunch place as neither the food taste or portion size nor the service make this place worth visiting.

My partner and I went there last night for burgers, while the burgers were ok - a bit too on the sweet side for my taste, the customer service by our server was less than lacking. When we enquires about sitting in the crystal bar area was directed there by a very lovely women who told us it was table service but when my partner went up to order drinks he was told by the unattentive waiter that he would have to order there and pick up our burgers himself. The waiter never made eye contact with my partner and the whole time was too busy starring at two men who were the only other patrons in the place at the time. He never ones approached our table to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything and when my partner went to pick up the food, the waiter followed him out and ask if he needed a handed. This was so weird!! I tried to make eye contact with him on several occasions to get him to come to our table for some water and to ask what the deal was but he plainly ignored me. I have no idea what was going on with this place but I've also had a similar experience at the tapas place here as well. The only good thing about the GPO is the pizza bar. But will definitely avoid the place in the future with it's horribly rude male staff who are more interested in starring at muscled men then doing there job!

Unfortunately this place has gone a bit down hill since the entire bar staff has turned over during the past couple of years. Standard for drinks is still good-ish, as is the service, but it's no longer my regular must-go cocktail joint in the city. The decor is still slick though, with its sexy underground vibe, so it's a decent place to go if you're with the right crowd.

this place have everything, great pizza, cool people, cool place. I love their service and the price is just right for everyone

You must go on Saturday night and see the SHOW!!! It's just UNIQUE ! Very good service, cocktails and atmospher!!

Good quality sit down place with a fine range of average dishes.

Very friendly staff, good drinks too.

Would've given it 5 stars if the place was larger.
