I was forced to use these people by AAMI and I advise you do not accept it. They have completely trashed my brand new car 700km on the clock. Extremely disappointed my car was less than 2 weeks old and someone hit me in the rear. There was only damage to the rear bumper and the exhaust. My car now has been scratched on the left hand side front fender, there is a gutter scratched alloy, a scratch on my rear window, scuff marks on my interior trims, swirl marks all over the vehicle Paint,  burnt glue drops on my interior boot carpet, boot interior trim not put back correctly, they for some reason pulled out the front interior lights control panel which will not clip back in, most likely removed it trying to find and disconnect the vehicle tracking system because I was able to see where they were leaving my car in a junk yard with the rear bumper off exposing all my electrical components. My car went there with fuel in it the range was 160km when i went to pick it up it had  50km left until empty the second i drove out the fuel light went on, the car had more Kms on the clock and much more than is needed to move it in and out of the workshop. That was just the list of the damage that they caused to my vehicle. The repair on the rear bumper is completely unacceptable massive paint drips, colour doesn't match, re used the damaged exhaust tips which are close to falling off, didn't install the rear bumper on correctly didn't install my exhaust correct and it now has a loud thump and rattling noise when going over a small bump, the taillights and trims are not on correctly and it doesn't line up, the rear bumper itself isn't attached correctly so they just left it hanging at the bottom side near the wheel arch and have left it with no clips. They have used an incorrect or installed the exhaust bracket wrong and my exhaust is lower than where it should sitting, now leaving a massive gap between the exhaust and bumper trim. Thank you! These guys were a preferred repairer through my insurance company, I had the choice of three and very glad I picked Go Rapid. The work they completed on my car was perfect and they even touched up a couple of paint chips on the doors that where part of the accident damage. Times frames for the repairs were very realistic and came in at the earlier part of the time frame. Fantastic customer service, the lady at the desk sorry I have forgotten your name extremely organised with great communications. I hope I never have to use your services again, but if I am in that ugly situation I will use them again. So thank you for making this stressful time a lot easier!!
